My maintenance request was resolved the same day that I submitted it. All of my requests during my time as a resident have been resolved within 24 hours and professionally. This has been one of, if not the best property where I have lived.

The Park at Southwood is such a great location. Very peaceful and family oriented community. The amenities are all great and within walking distance. The staff is amazing, always proactive when in need of assistance.I highly recommend moving to this location!

I am so glad to live in The Park at Southwood, The staff is really good, especially Gerain Arias, he's really patient, helpful, responsible and kind. The maintenance staff is really kind, the response is really fast. My kids really love the new playground and the poo, everything is really nice. Unfortunately now, I am a little frustrated about a neighbor noise, but I am sure that this is going to solve soon, I know that the staff will help me. I'd like to live here more many years.
