This is where my husband and I lived for our first couple years of marriage and we absolutely loved it! The complex and our unit were very clean, the staff is incredibly kind, and it felt like a very safe community. I canât recommend the park at Southwood enough!

This place is truly a breath of fresh air! Beautifully landscaped, great area, the office staff is so welcoming and nice and maintenance is on top of their game! Shout out to Tabitha and JP! Not to mention how safe I feel hereâ¦as a single gal thatâs always something I worry about but not here. Hardly any noise from your neighbors at all and same with dogs. Iâm right on the main âroadâ which I was honestly nervous about but hardly any noiseâ¦Of course itâs not perfect every place has its issues but what complex doesnât? And after 8 months Iâm already ready to renew. ð So glad I found this place

I just moved into The Park at Southwood, but Tabitha has made my transition so smooth! She is professional, welcoming and incredibly sweet! The apartment complex is extremely clean and quiet. The few maintenance issues I encountered upon moving in JP has fixed them within the day. He is so friendly and willing to help. I have found everyone here very helpful and responsive. Excellent location and convenient to most everything I need.

Our 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and nice. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was spectacular. All of our neighbors were kind and friendly. The maintenance crew was knowledgeable and friendly and the office staff were helpful and accomodating. We will miss living here but we bought a house and had to leave.

Iâve had a great experience with the maintenance team at this apartment complex. They respond quickly to any issues, and Rob, in particular, goes above and beyond to make sure everything is fixed properly.

Management is always kind and understanding. Apartments are clean, neighborhood is safe and quiet. Maintenance is solid, respectful, and quick! Tabitha, Traci, and Rob (and the rest of the staff) are fantastic people to work with. Thank you all!

I want to commend the maintenance staff for their exceptional service. They are always prompt, courteous, and professional in addressing our needs. In particular though, I would like to extend a special thank you to Jacinto. While not only being one of the most personable people weâve met in Tallahassee, he consistently goes above and beyond in his duties, taking the time to explain how to avoid future issues and ensuring everything is done perfectly. His attention to detail and willingness to answer all of my questions are truly appreciated. His dedication makes a significant difference here. Thank you for having such a dedicated team and people like Jacinto. His help truly makes a difference.
