I have been trying to be very patient, but unfortunately can't seem to receive help. I was charged a late fee from when I moved out, and I shouldn't have been charged. I was told in September that the problem would be fixed. Never received my refund and was told in November that it would promptly be worked on, and I still haven't received my refund. I moved out the beginning of August. Everytime I have left a voice-mail I get an email saying the issue was resolved when it really hasn't. I just continue to be ignored. This really isn't okay. I should not have to try and call on a monthly basis to try and get something that is owed to me. And I was told only the property manager can fix this issue, but no one seems to know when they are ever going to be in the office. Nicole F

Worst, worst, worst……. Worst Move- in experience I never had before this, they saying this is a luxury apartment, but I don’t know how long this unit was locked and am not sure when they clean before I move-in. when I enter the unit very 1st time it smelled very bad and in hall and kitchen 5 – 10 dead roaches. When my wife opened dishwasher, she got shocked because it was black and very bad stinky small. After 2 days she put clothes in dryer, same very bad stinky smell on all clothes when she took out from dryer. In this one week am throwing out 3-5 roaches every day and till now 2 big black spiders. When I talked to the front office as usual response, they said, we will talk to property owner to change the unit if possible and came back with same expected response as there is no unit available right now so we will fix your issues. After so many talks with front office they fixed my dryer issue, but all my other issues were there still. Its new unit (as per them) how may maintenance request I need to submit. On top all this issue, my main concern is water pressure in shower is very low, when I talked to front office, they are saying its green apartment and they implemented water saver things in all unit. I didn’t get it, normally I will complete my shower in 5 min but here 10 -15 min taking to wet my body itself, so I need more time to complete my shower that means I am using more water then previous so how they saying its water saver. and forgot that they don't have their own rental portal they using 3rd party portal so if you want to pay rent online then you have to pay service fee for that 3rd part portal every time.
