their leasing office staff is rude and unprofessional with the exception of Wendy. Tabitha is rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people and they falsely took my security deposit. Definitely filing a law suit against them.

Lauren, Wendy and Tabitha have been very helpful and patient with us. We are on the other side of the world with a 13 hour time difference and they made sure to answer our questions on time. We are excited to move in and meet them!

While residing at this apartment complex, everything was great. Questions and concerns were answered quickly, maintenance service was always timely no complaints! Unfortunately, I have been moved out for two months now and have sent multiple emails trying to get information about a return of deposit. I am now at the point that they are not even responding to my emails and i have recieved no information about the deposit. I left the apartment looking brand new, so there should be no reason I would not be getting that back. However, if there is some reason why I won't be getting it back in full, I feel there should be some sort of letter or notice of why. I am very disappointed about how the situation is being handled.

Thanks to Wendy Jolly - D’0nna and DeAmber moved from Georgia to Florida and the move went well. . Wendy made sure that we were aware of all that The Park at Southwood had to offer. Wendy represented The Park at Southwood in a professional yet personable manner. Wendy let us know that we can reach out to her about any Issues anytime and she makes sure that issues are promptly addressed and; corrected by the courteous Maintenance crew. We thank Wendy and her other Coworkers at The Park at Southwood for their courteous service and help.

The office team is exceptionally helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout the entire new resident process... Property is well groomed and appears to be in excellent condition.
