Rob recently came to our apt. to fix our dryer. He was very efficient and courteous, and solved our problem right away. I always appreciate the great service provided by the staff here at The Park at Southwood.

The service I received from Rob with the maintenance team was amazing. He went out of his way to be incredibly accommodating, fixed my issue quickly, and constantly kept me updated with great communication.

Im pretty sure they took my Move In Inspection form and threw it in the garbageâ¦ we turned it in over 3 weeks ago and no one fixed anything. The unit wasnât cleaned at all for our move in and a lot of stuff was broken. The worst is our tub. The âgarden style tubâ is completely unusable since itâs had a giant crack and soft spot in it since they gave us the unit. Nothing to do with my unit but the pool has also been closed the entire time Iâve lived here and they blamed the residents wearing suntan lotion which was just hilarious. This place does not have permission to enter from me and should not enter when Iâm not home as they are clearly incompetent and I donât trust them at this point. Update- theyâve called me no less than 5 times to ask for the $13 small balance I owe (and will pay with my next rental installment) but didnât call me once over the 3 weeks my tub went unaddressed until supposedly the vendor showed up, we werenât home so he left ð The Leasing Consultant Melissa is great so work with her. The AM just told me if I donât pay the $13 immediately sheâs going to block my online payment access so I have to pay by money order?? Who is running this circus??
