The small yellow bumps in the driveway are a pain ! Rest is very nice

The complex is clean and well kept but be warned. If you move here get a 3rd floor apartment or else you will hear your neighbors walking around above you like there was just a piece of plywood there. The ceiling creeks and makes noises as if one of their legs will come through at any moment. I've lived in many apartment buildings in my life and this is the worst I've encountered when it comes to soundproofing between the units. You can complain but what can they do, its the design of the buildings.

I loved living here in 2011-2012. I wish there were other great communities like this one. Maintenance always responded quickly if we ever needed them to come out, the grounds were well maintained (although the outdoor fireplace never worked for us), and the apartments were in great condition. I relocate often and I wish there were more complexes like this one in every city!
