They force you to park the bicycles at the bike stations, which is okay. However when my bike got stolen from one of the bike stations, the reply I got from the leasing guy was that he doesn't know anything about it. I was then asked to file a police complaint, which I did; however nothing happened. I later discovered that several residents had their bikes stolen from there, with no action taken to avert such future thefts. It is highly unlikely to steal something from a gated community, so I am perplexed how the thefts are going on! They have a pathetic management, which became even degraded after the new management ("The Park") took over. For example, people openly smoke at the pool while the manager is still in the office; residents bathe their pets in the pool; and the pets poop everywhere while the pet owners don't care. They do not keep paper in the printer in guest services and when in emergency, if you need just one page printed, their reply is that they are out of paper and that you need to bring your own sheet of paper. Come on folks! The residents pay you thousands of dollars in rent, and you cannot even buy $5 worth of paper? That is extreme cheapness at its core!! Oh and did I mention that every time the postal service delivers your package, the leasing office folks cannot find it, and after several frustrating attempts, when you show them the tracking history and that it was indeed delivered there, then eventually somehow they find it! Just a few pros of living in this apartment community - It's super clean, amazingly quiet, and the maintenance requests are handled at a lightening speed.

I recently moved here from a much smaller town and Keith and Dana were so helpful with all my questions and helped me get things lined up quickly. I love this place it's quiet and not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle yet close enough to dining and shopping.

I am giving this apartment community another one-star rating because zero stars is not a review option. This complex parades itself as a luxury apartment community with same day maintenance repairs. My experience here has been nothing less than a migraine since my move-in date. The maintenance staff is very polite, but do not address concerns the same day, especially if they deem them non-urgent. My unit was filthy, with beeping smoke alarms and leaking faucets the day of my move-in. The unit was not well-maintained, and upon move-out I was expected to pay for carpet cleaning, which is not specified in the lease contract. Do not waste your time or money here. There are other options in Tallahassee that provide excellent client service and actually keep their units in top condition. This complex might be a good option for students who seek off-campus housing, but I would not recommend it for any working professional.
